Preview and sample content
This is a preview of FlexRoom. The deals and figures in the interactive demo are fictional examples. The BMV calculator is illustrative only: it is not a valuation, financial or investment advice, or a recommendation. Check information and assumptions independently and get appropriate professional advice before making a decision.
Property enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not guarantee that a property will be accepted, listed, matched with an investor, or lead to a transaction. Only send information you are authorised to share. Do not submit sensitive personal information or information about another person unless you have permission.
Using the website
You may use the site for lawful purposes and must not try to disrupt, damage, gain unauthorised access to, or misuse it. We may change, suspend or remove parts of the preview at any time.
Content and services
Unless stated otherwise, the website’s text, branding and design belong to Alan Richardson trading as FlexRoom. Do not copy or reuse them commercially without permission. The site uses third-party services, including Cloudflare for hosting and Formspree for the enquiry form; their services are subject to their own terms and privacy information.
Liability
We take reasonable care to provide the preview, but do not promise it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the preview or reliance on its sample content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
Updates
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version here. The date above shows when they were last revised.
