What we collect
If you send a property enquiry, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, optional phone number, role, property location, property type, optional asking price and estimated value, and any details you provide. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information only to assess and reply to the enquiry, and to keep a short record of that conversation. We do not use it for marketing. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in reviewing and responding to enquiries sent to us.
Who processes it
The form is provided by Formspree. Formspree receives and stores your submission and sends its contents to hello@flexroom.uk. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and request details. See Formspree’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy. These providers may process information outside the UK; they describe safeguards for international transfers in their policies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months after our last contact about the enquiry, then delete them unless we need to retain them longer to meet a legal obligation or deal with a legal claim.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct or erase it, or object to or ask us to restrict how we use it where data protection law gives you that right. Contact hello@flexroom.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
